摘　　要：根据"十三五"汽车产业发展规划,分析长三角地区汽车产业发展状况与人才需求特征,探讨地方应用型高校车辆工程专业人才培养模式的构成要素,包括专业定位、培养目标、毕业要求、培养方案等,在此基础上构建车辆工程专业理论教学体系和实践教学体系,从而形成了车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式。实践表明,该人才培养模式提升了应用型人才培养质量,培养的学生能适应区域汽车产业发展。According to the development plan of automobile industry during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,this paper analyzes the development of the automobile industry and the characteristics of the talent demand in the Yangtze River Delta region,and discusses the construction elements of the training mode for talents in vehicle engineering of local practice-oriented universities,which includes specialty orientation,training objective,graduation requirements,training program and so on. Based on this,the theoretical teaching system,practical teaching system and comprehensive quality teaching system of the vehicle engineering are established,thus forming a training mode for applied talents in vehicle engineering. The practice shows that this mode enhances the quality of the training and the students are in a better position to adapt to the development of the automotive industry in this region.
