摘 要:高等职业教育质量标准体系的基本框架主要包括学术标准、保证标准和评价标准。新时代高等职业教育专业教学质量国家标准建设策略包括:一是坚持学生中心和成果导向,突出核心学术标准,增强专业教学质量目标引导能力;二是坚持教师核心和条件基石,突出核心保证标准,增强专业教学质量保证基础能力;三是坚持特色自主和质量监控,突出核心评价标准,增强专业教学质量持续改进能力;四是坚持标准为基和使用为要,突出实施培训督查,增强专业人才培养方案适应能力。The basic framework of the quality standard system of higher vocational education mainly includes academic standards, assurance standards and evaluation standards. The construction strategy of the national teaching standards for higher vocational education in the new era includes: adhere to the students' center and result oriented, highlight the core academic standards, and enhance the ability to guide the quality of professional teaching; adhere to the core of teachers and the cornerstone of conditions, highlight the core assurance standards, and enhance the basic ability of quality assurance of professional teaching; adhere to the characteristic autonomy and quality control, highlight the core evaluation standards, and enhance the ability of continually improving the quality of professional teaching; adhere to the standard as the basis and using the quality standard as the requirement, highlight the supervision of standard implementing and enhance the adaptability.
