摘  要:以MATLAB软件为平台,在考虑齿间侧隙等非线性因素对系统动态性能影响的前提下,建立谐波齿轮传动机构的动态特性仿真模型,对其进行仿真分析,以确定传动机构中主要物理参数(黏滞摩擦因数、齿间侧隙、刚度系数等)对整个系统性能(相移)的影响规律。同时对这些仿真分析数据与相应的实验测试数据进行比较分析,用以分析某型在研工程中谐波齿轮运用过程中出现的具体问题。Taking the MATLAB software as platform,on the premise of considering influence of nonlinear factor such as gear backlash etc on the dynamic performance of system,the digital simulation model of harmonic gear drive is built. The simulation analysis is carried out,the influence rules of the main parameters such as sticky friction coefficient,gear backlash,rigidity coefficient etc on the performance of overall system are confirmed. At the same time,the comparative analysis between simulation data and corresponding experimental data is carried out,to analyze the problem appears in the application of a harmonic gear drive.
