我国图书馆员继续教育MOOC建设现状与发展策略分析

摘　　要：MOOC为图书馆员继续教育带来了新机遇,将其应用于我国图书馆员继续教育不仅可以满足图书馆员大规模学习、个性化学习、移动化学习、碎片化学习的需求,而且符合图书馆员提升MOOC服务水平的需要。目前,我国已有一定数量的图书馆相关MOOC,但存在总体数量匮乏、开设机构来源不广、发布平台单一、开课频率不高、内容主题狭窄5个主要问题。应通过加强宣传推广、健全行业规章制度、强化科学组织管理、丰富课程资源、实施激励机制等策略来推动我国图书馆员继续教育MOOC的建设与发展。MOOC provides new opportunities for the continuing education of librarians. The application of MOOC in continuing education of librarians in China has such necessity as meeting the needs of large-scale learning, personalized learning, mobile learning, fragmented learning and improving MOOC service of librarians. At present, there are a number of library-related MOOCs in China, but there are five main shortcomings,such as shortage of total number, narrow institutional sources, single publishing platform, low frequency of opening MOOCs and narrow content topics. We can promote the construction and development of MOOC for continuing education of Chinese librarians by attaching importance to promotion of MOOC, perfecting industry rules and regulations, conducting scientific organization and management, enriching curriculum resources and implementing incentive mechanisms.
