摘 要:针对多机电力系统中参数的不确定扰动对系统稳定控制器影响的问题,利用广义耗散Hamilton理论设计了一种新型多机励磁和统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的非线性协调控制器。首先,建立了包含UPFC动态调节作用的多机电力系统动态方程,构造了系统的Hamilton能量函数,从而将系统表示成广义耗散Hamilton系统形式。其次,利用含参数摄动的L_2干扰抑制控制理论设计了多机励磁和UPFC的非线性协调控制器。此控制器设计过程同样适用于含有参数摄动的其他FACTS装置与多机励磁的协调控制器设计。最后,以四机两区域系统进行了仿真分析,结果表明当系统中存在多种参数摄动时,所设计协调控制器能够保证系统的功角稳定、实现UPFC接入点电压的无差调节并且具有较好的鲁棒性。Aiming at the problem of the influence of the uncertain disturbance on the system controller in the multi-machine power system,a new nonlinear coordinated controller with multi-machine excitation and UPFC is designed by using the generalized dissipative Hamilton theory. Firstly,the dynamic equation of multi-machine power systems with UPFC dynamic regulation is established,and the Hamilton energy function of the system is constructed. The system is expressed as a generalized dissipative Hamilton system. Secondly,the nonlinear coordinated controller of multi-machine excitation and UPFC is designed by using the L2 disturbance suppression control theory with parameter perturbation. The controller design process is also applicable to the coordination controller design of other FACTS devices and multi-machine excitation with parameter perturbation. Finally,the four-machine two-area system is simulated. The results show that the proposed coordinated controller can guarantee the rotor stability of generators and the better regulation of UPFC terminal voltage without static error,which has good robustness under different disturbances.
