论苏派教育的德育内涵与高职院校的资助工作

摘　　要：苏派教育把培养"真、善、美"全面而自由的人作为价值追求,重视人文关怀,倡导素质教育,关注人的内心世界,注重生活教育基础上的实践教育,强调知行合一。将苏派教育理念融入高职院校资助工作德育功能的实践中,以培养全面的人为资助工作的德育目标,以"注重人文教育"为资助工作的德育方式,以"加强生活关怀"为资助工作的德育起点,通过问卷调查、实地走访等形式,对苏北、苏中、苏南六所高职院校的家庭经济困难学生为研究样本,分析当前高职院校资助工德育功能实践过程中的难点,提出要从明确多维度人本化的资助工作德育功能的基本原则、搭建复合式的生活化资助工作德育功能的实践平台、建立立体式的多样性资助工作德育长效机制。Supai education should cultivate ＂true, good and beautiful＂ students. It pays attention to practical learning, focuses on competence education. This paper briefly introduces the content of Supai education. We try to integrate the idea of Supai education into the practice of moral education in student financial assistance in higher vocational colleges. We analyzed the moral education problems in the current subsidized work. The goal of moral education in subsidized work is to cultivate comprehensive person, focuses on Humanities Education and strengthens the care of life.
