摘　　要：以石家庄邮电职业技术学院邮政通信管理专业为例,对邮政类人才培养过程进行了系统地研究与探讨。从订单式人才培养、"业务+流程"课程体系建设、"双师三能"专业教学团队建设、邮政企业生产作业环节仿真系统和真实手操作业实训环境建设等方面进行了深入剖析,充分展现了校企深度融合背景下邮政通信管理专业人才培养的特色与实践。Taking postal and communications management major in Shijiazhuang Post and Telecommunications Technical College as an exemplar, this paper makes a systematic study on and probe into the training process of postal talents. This paper makes a thorough analysis on the following aspects： the cultivation of order-type talents, the construction of the course system of ＂business ＋flow＂, the construction of the teaching team of ＂two teachers and three abilities＂, the simulation system of the production and operation links of the postal enterprises, and the construction of the practical training environment of the real hand operation industry, etc.It fully demonstrates the characteristics and practice of the training of postal and communications management professionals in the context of deep integration of college and enterprise.
