高校《土地利用评价与规划》课程的教学改革探讨

摘　　要：《土地利用评价与规划》是一门实践性和综合性较强的学科,涉及土地专业知识与规划管理学知识。文章在明确课程讲授目标的基础上,基于培养具有扎实的理论基础和实践能力的高素质土地规划人才的目的,提出了教学内容设置的新举措和四种教学方法具体应用手段;在分析当前就业形势和规划性人才需求的基础上,制定课程建设的规划;以期提高学生实践技能和创新能力,并为相关教学改革提供参考。Land Use Evaluation and Planning（LUEP） is a practical and comprehensive subject, which involves professional knowledge and planning management knowledge of land. On the basis of clarifying the course teaching goal and the purpose of training high-quality land planning talents with solid theoretical foundation and practical ability, the paper puts forward new measures of teaching content setting and four kinds of concrete application means of teaching methods. On the basis of analyzing the current employment situation and the demand for planned talents, the paper formulates the plan of curriculum construction in order to improve students＇ practical skills and innovative ability, and to provide reference for the related teaching reform.
