摘 要:利用SWOT分析方法,以广西一家公立三甲医院的招聘工作为研究案例,提出加大招聘前向投入、实行多样化招聘策略、提高对医院文化的认同度、适时调整医院发展战略、多层级多部门参与招聘,以应对取消编制带来的影响、提高招聘完成率。Taking the recruiting work of one tertiary public hospital in Guangxi as a case, this paper used SWOT analysis and put forward several measures, including increasing the input of recruitment, implementing diversified recruiting strategy, improving the recognition of hospital culture, adjusting the hospital development strategy in time, and recruiting with multi-level departments, so as to cope with the impact of reduction of authorized size and increase recruitment completion rate.
