摘  要:心理委员来源于朋辈心理辅导员,后来逐渐被运用于学校心理健康教育,在学校心理健康教育工作中,心理委员的角色和作用存在理论与实际上的差距,在对班级同学开展朋辈心理辅导的过程中,心理委员的自我价值感又能获得怎样的提升?本文将结合心理委员接受朋辈辅导的评估结果对其提升路径进行探讨。Psychological committee are derived from the peer counselor,then gradually used in school mental health education. The role and functions of the psychological committee exists the gap between theory and fact in the mental health education work. In the process of peer counseling for the class,how can the self-worth of psychological committee get improved? In this paper,we will discuss the path of ascension based on the evaluation results of psychological committee members' peer counseling.
