摘　　要：人力资源管理是商科类专业的核心课程。在培养有社会责任感、道德的商务人才中肩负着重要使命。把社会主义核心价值观作为人力资源管理课程的指导思想。通过在教学目标中加入思政元素,充分挖掘人力资源管理教学内容的思政资源,科学地考核人力资源管理课程,实现人力资源管理课程的全方位育人,为社会培养具有社会责任感和道德的商科类人才。Human resource management is a basic course for students majoring economics and management.It plays an important role in the education for those with a sense of responsibility.Ideological and political elements which are involved in teaching objectives should be fully explored from teaching content of human resource management.Ideological and political elements should also be examined scientifically so as to achieve all-round education in the course of human resource management.
