复方妥英麻黄茶碱片致苯妥英中毒的临床特征(附3例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨复方妥英麻黄茶碱片致苯妥英钠中毒的临床表现。方法回顾性分析3例因口服复方妥英麻黄茶碱片致苯妥英钠中毒患者的临床资料。结果本组3例口服复方妥英麻黄茶碱片的患者在服药期间出现头晕、言语缓慢、眼-口不自主运动、行走不稳等症状及小脑性共济失调、周围神经受累的体征。停用复方妥英麻黄茶碱片,并予大剂量B族维生素、能量合剂、补液等对症支持治疗3~8 d后,患者中毒症状明显减轻。结论复方妥英麻黄茶碱片致苯妥英中毒的临床表现主要为头晕、言语缓慢、眼-口不自主运动、行走不稳、小脑性共济失调及周围神经受累。Objective To observe the clinical features of toxicity of phenytoin induced by compound phenytoin ephedrine theophylline tablets. Methods The clinical date of 3 patients with phenytoin poisoning induced by compound phenytoin ephedrine theophylline tablets were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients showed dizziness,bradyphrasia,eye-mouth involuntary movement,gait instability,signs of cerebellar ataxia and peripheral neuropathy during the medication. After disabling the compound toydine ephedrine,and giving a large dose of B vitamins,energy mixture,and rehydration to support the treatment of 3-8 d,the symptoms of the patients were significantly reduced. Conclusion The toxicity of phenytoin induced by compound phenytoin ephedrine theophylline tablets are dizziness,bradyphrasia,eye-mouth involuntary movement,gait instability,signs of cerebellar ataxia and peripheral neuropathy.
