摘 要:目的对新生儿科护理带教中采用PBL教学带教模式的效果进行分析和探讨。方法随机选取我院新生儿科2016年9月~2017年9月学习的学生共60名,分为研究组和对比组(各30例),对比组学生实施常规带教教学,研究组学生实施PBL教学带教模式,对比分析两组学生考核成绩和教学效果。结果在考核成绩对比中,研究组学生的理论成绩和时间成绩均高于对比组学生,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);在教学效果对比中,研究组学生在教学态度、双向交流、责任心和知识宽度等教学效果中均明显优于对比组,经统计学对比分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学带教模式应用在新生儿科护理带教中的效果较好,能够明显改善学生学习效果,提高学习成绩和解决问题能力,可在新生儿科教学中予以广泛推广和使用。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of using PBL teaching mode in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 60 students were selected randomly from September 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital. The study groups were divided into study group and control group.The students in the control group were given routine teaching,while the study group were given PBL teaching mode,Comparative analysis of two groups of students test scores and teaching effectiveness. Resu Its In the comparison of test scores,the theoretical scores and time scores of the study group students were higher than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P〈0.05).In the teaching effect comparison,the study group students' Responsibility and knowledge of the width of the teaching effect were significantly better than the control group,the statistical comparative analysis of significance(P〈0.05).
