摘　　要：导师制模式是高职院校培养人才、提高就业的有效方法,是实现全程育人、全方位育人的重要举措。本文分析了高职院校学生管理模式的现状与特点,指出了目前高等职业教育存在的问题,进行了导师制实施的可行性分析,提出了高职院校实施导师制的对策和建议。Tutorial system is an effective way to cultivate talents and improve employment in higher vocational colleges. It is also an important measure to achieve whole-process and all-round education. This paper analyzed the current situation and characteristics of the management mode of students in higher vocational colleges, pointed out the existing problems in higher vocational education, analyzed the feasibility of the implementation of the tutorial system, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of tutor system in higher vocational colleges.
