摘  要:职业院校培养技能型、应用型人才的核心是校企深度融合,主角是企业,主体和主导是职业院校。通过对保定区域五所高职院校的调查,"五个对接"已经在职教领域普遍开展,成效显著。本文将实践中的有效策略和面临的问题进行梳理,以促进校企合作的深度融合。The core of vocational colleges to cultivate skilled and applied talents is the deep integration of schools and enterprises. The protagonist is the enterprise, and the main body and the leader are vocational colleges. Through the investigation of the five vocational colleges in Baoding, the"five dockings"have been carried out in the vocational education field with remarkable results.This article will sort out the effective strategies and problems faced in practice to promote the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation.
