导师制应用于我国本专科护理教学的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的 分析导师制在我国本专科护理教学中的研究现状,为完善导师制模式提供依据.方法 计算机检索万方数据库、CNKI和维普中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）收录的导师制模式运用于我国本专科护理教学的文献,检索时间为各数据库收录数据起始时间至2017年6月,采用文献计量学法对文献进行分析.结果 共筛选出155篇文献,发表于68种期刊,近10年文献数量呈平稳上升趋势;作者来源于25个省级行政区域共88所机构;论文被引频次10次以上的文献有17篇;研究获得科研基金资助的有32篇.结论 导师制在本专科护理教学中的研究总体呈增长趋势,但是尚未形成核心作者群,研究质量、研究范围和研究深度有待提升.Objective To explore the research status of preceptorship in nursing teaching among colleges and universities of China so as to provide a basis for perfecting preceptorship. Methods Literature on preceptorship in nursing teaching among colleges and universities of China were retrieved by computer in WanFang data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP between starting to collect literature and June 2017. The literature metrology was used to document analysis. Results We screened 155 literatures published in 68 journals. The number of literatures was on the rise for nearly 10 years. Authors were from 88 institutions of 25 provincial-level administrative regions. A total of 17 literatures were cited more than 10 times and 32 literatures were supported by research fund. Conclusions Overall, the research on preceptorship in nursing teaching among colleges and universities shows an increasing trend. However, the core-author group has not been formed. The research quality, research scope and research depth remain to be improved.
