基于“工匠精神”视角下高职院校技能大师的培育路径探索

摘　　要：在现代工匠精神大背景下,高职院校是技能人才培养的摇篮。技能大师队伍建设不仅作为内涵建设的关键内容之一,也是高职院校培养能工巧匠的重要前提以及职业教育特色的显著体现。为了建设一支思想素质过硬、理论知识深厚、实践技术技能较强的教师队伍,本中对技能大师队伍建设过程中的若干问题进行了深入分析,并对解决此类问题的策略和途径进行了探究,对于制定高职院校技能大师培养方案具有一定的借鉴意义。Under the general background of craftsmanship spirit in modern times,higher vocational colleges are cradles for cultivation of skilled talents.Skilled master team construction is one of key contents of connotation construction,and also an important precondition for higher vocational colleges to cultivate skilled craftsmen as well as an obvious embodiment of vocational education features.To construct a teacher team with excellent ideological quality,profound theoretical knowledge,and strong practical and technical skills,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of skilled master team construction,and explores and researches the strategies and approaches to solve these problems,with a certain reference significance for formulating the skilled masters cultivation schemes of higher vocational colleges.
