摘　　要：马克思主义中国化的理论成果是中国共产党治国理政的指导思想,马克思主义始终站立在人民大众的立场上,全心全意为人民谋利益。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中的精准扶贫思想正是"以人民为中心"的重要体现,这一重大贫困治理思想是对社会主义本质理论的丰富和发展,是在新的历史形势下继承和发展马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果。The theoretical achievement of localization of Marxism in Chinais the guiding thoughtfor Communist Party of China in ruling state and dealing with politics,for Marxism serves the people heart and soulalways from the position of the people.The idea of＂targeted poverty alleviation＂in the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics put forward by Xi Jinping in the new times is just a significant manifestation of＂people-centered＂,and this significant poverty management thought is an enrichment and development of the theory of socialist essence,and the latest theoretical achievement inheriting and developing the localization of Marxism in Chin in the new historical situation.
