摘  要:目的了解吉林省食源性致病菌分离株对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,掌握我省食源性致病菌的耐药趋势和耐药谱,为指导抗生素在人类合理应用及耐药基因的监测奠定基础。方法根据微量肉汤稀释法对我省多种食品中监测的金黄色葡萄球等进行药敏检验,定量测定致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 69株金黄色葡萄球菌对红霉素(ERY)、青霉素(PEN)、红霉素/克林霉素(E/C)、克林霉素(CLI)、环丙沙星(CIP)、四环素(TET)、氯霉素(CHL)、庆大霉素(GEN)、复方新诺明(SXT)、苯唑西林(OXA)、头孢西丁(CFX)等进行耐药检测。耐药率分别是:100.0%、98.6%、98.6%、94.2%、91.3%、60.9%、20.3%、17.4%;14.5%、8.7%、8.7%;氨苄西林(AMP),达托霉素(DAP)、万古霉素(VAN)、高庆大(G-HLA)、高链霉素(S-HLA)全部敏感;其中66株为MRSA,多重耐药率为95.7%。71株单核细胞增生李斯特菌对红霉素(ERY)、青霉素(PEN)、复方新诺明(SXT)等进行耐药检测。耐药率分别是:92.2%、1.4%、1.4%;对氨苄西林、红霉素/克林霉素、克林霉素、环丙沙星、四环素、氯霉素、庆大霉素、苯唑西林、头孢西丁、达托霉素、万古霉素、高庆大、高链霉素全部敏感;其中1株多重耐药,多重耐药率为1.4%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌对多种抗生素有强耐药性,多重耐药的菌株也比较多.单核细胞增生李斯特菌除对红霉素耐药外,其他抗生素都是敏感的.应高度重视金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性的现状,加强食源性金黄色葡萄球菌和单增李斯特菌的耐药性监测,掌握细菌得耐药状况及其发展趋势,指导临床医生合理使用抗生素,以确保证食品安全和人类健康。Objective To understand the Jilin province food-borne pathogens isolates resistance to commonly used antimicrobial agents,and master the drug-resistant trend of foodborne pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance in our province,to guide reasonable application of antibiotics in human clinical and lay a foundation for monitoring of drug-resistant genes.Methods According to the microbroth dilution method,the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) of the pathogenic bacteria was measured.Results 69 strains of staphylococcus aureus to ERY,PEN,E/C,CLI,CIP,TET,CHL,GEN,SXT,OXA,CFX were detected for drug resistance.The tolerance rate was:100.0%,98.6%,98.6%,94.2%,91.3%,60.9%,20.3%,17.4%,14.5%,8.7%,8.7%.AMP,DAP,VAN,G-HLA,and S-HLA were all sensitive.Among them,66 were MRSA,with a multiple tolerance rate of 95.7 percent.71 single nuclear cell listeria monocytogenes was tested for drug resistance in ERY,PEN,and SXT.The tolerance rate was 92.2%,1.4%,1.4%;AMP,E/C,CLI,CIP,TET,CHL,GEN.OXA,CFX,DAP,VAN,G-HLA,and S-HLA were all sensitive;One strain of multiple resistance was 1.4 percent.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus have strong resistance to several antibiotics,multiple resistant strains are also more resistant.Listeria monocytogenes except for ERY resistant to other antibiotics are sensitive.It should attach great importance to the status quo of staphylococcus aureus resistance,strengthen food-borne staphylococcus aureus and listeria monocytogenes resistance monitoring,grasp the situation and development trend of drug resistance bacteria as to guide the rational use of antibiotics in clinical doctors and guarantee food safety and human health.
