基于ERG理论的企业家参与高校创业教育的可行性分析及实现路径

摘　　要：当前我国高校创业教育普遍存在着师资质量不高、课程体系不完善、资源不足等问题,高校若能建立企业家参与的长效机制,可以有效解决这些问题。企业家的个体需要和动机是建立企业家参与高校创业教育长效机制至关重要的因素。通过ERG理论,既论证了企业家参与高校创业教育的可行性,又为设计建立长效机制的路径提供了启示。高校赋予企业家创业导师的身份,将企业家进高校活动课程化,并通过契约的形式稳固、保障双方的合作是建立企业家参与高校创业教育长效机制的有效路径。It is of great significance to establish a long-term efficient mechanism that allows entrepreneurs to participate in the entrepreneurship education in urgent need of quality faculty, perfect curriculum system and adequate resources. The long-term mechanism is also a consideration of individual needs and motivations of entrepreneurs. This research aimed to examine the feasibility of entrepreneurs participating in the education and the design of the long-term mechanism from the perspective of ERG. It assumed that the efficient pathway to the mechanism is recognizing entrepreneurs the title of tutors for entrepreneurship curricular to guarantee the collaboration of colleges and participating entrepreneurs.
