基于金融本科毕业生和用人单位的教学质量分析

摘  要:运用问卷调查法,对宁波大学、浙江工商大学、温州大学等金融专业本科毕业生以及用人单位进行了教学质量及学生素质调查,结合非正式访谈分析,笔者认为金融专业人才培养与要求间存在偏差,主要体现在实践动手能力及创新能力等方面。基于此,笔者提出明确优化课程系统、理论与实践同步培养、全面提高学生创新能力等建议。This paper used questionnaires and informal interviews to investigate the teaching quality and literacy of undergraduates who graduated from financial departments of Ningbo University, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Wenzhou University, etc. It found that there is a significant discrepancy between financial professional training and employers requirements, which is mainly reflected in the practical skills and innovative ability. It, thus, suggested that measures are needed to be taken in the perspectives of curriculum system optimization, theoretical and practical integration, and students' comprehensive training in innovative ability.
