摘  要:学生评教已成为我国高校当前教学质量监控与保障的重要手段,但经调查发现作为评教主体的学生和教师都对评教制度本身存有异议。高校学生评教制度目的是促进教学相长,提高教学质量,而实际情况是学生评教制度欠缺实效性。调查结果表明:只有教学班级人数对评教成绩有影响,且有显著性差异。而学生、年级、教师、课程等因素对评教成绩并没有影响。为提高学生评教实效性,应在评教指标设计、评教制度执行以及评教主体等方面进行制度设计,加强学校教学管理制度的系统性和联动性,提高评教制度的实效性。Student evaluate teaching has become an important means to monitor and guarantee the teaching quality in China's colleges and universities. The purpose of college student's evaluation system is to promote teaching and improving teaching quality,but the reality is that the student evaluation system is short of effectiveness. The results show that,only the number of classes has an influence on the evaluation of teaching performance,and there is a significant difference,while the factors such as students,grades,teachers and courses have no influence on the evaluation of teaching performance. In order to improve the effectiveness of students evaluate teaching,we should carry out system design in the design of evaluate teaching indicators,implementation of evaluate teaching system and evaluate teaching subjects,strengthen the systematicness and interactivity of school's teaching management system,to improve the effectiveness of evaluate teaching system.
