摘　　要：文章综述了近年来对辣木多糖的研究进展,从其提取纯化,生物活性方面进行阐述,并对今后发展趋势的展望,以期为辣木多糖进一步的开发利用提供参考。In this paper,the research progress of moringa oleifera polysaccharide is reviewed in recent years,including its extraction,purification,bioactivity,and the future development trend is forecasted to provide reference for the further development and utilization of moringa polysaccharide.
