摘　　要：文化自信是一个国家的立国之本,发展中国特色社会主义终身教育,必须根植于文化自信的基石下。终身学习是人类生存和发展的基石,是当代教师自身发展和适应职业的必由之路。文化自信背景下的终身教育和终身学习已成为各国教育发展和社会进步的共同需求,好的教育成就未来,发展终身教育体系、建立终身学习社会是全世界教育发展的共同趋势。Cultural confidence is the foundation of a nation, and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be rooted in the foundation of cultural confidence. Lifelong learning is the cornerstone of human survival and development, and it is the only way for modern teachers to develop and adapt to their profession.Lifelong education and lifelong learning in the context of cultural confidence have become common needs of education development and social progress in all countries. Good education contributes to the future, and building lifelong education system and lifelong learning society is the common trend in educational development throughout the world.
