成人高等院校教学团队建设的思考

摘　　要：成人高等院校教学团队建设是提高教育教学质董的重要举措。成人高等院校教学团队建设要在充分认识教学团队内涵的基础上,做好团队带头人的甄选、团队文化的创建、团队建设保障等策略,保证教学团队有序运行和稳步发展。Teaching team construction at adult colleges and universities is an important measure to improve teaching quality. The construction should be based on fully understanding the connotation of the teaching team, and these aspects of work such as good team leader selection, team cultural construction, team construction support, etc.must be done well so as to ensure the smooth running and steady development of the teaching team.
