摘 要:目的探讨青少年亚健康状态与健康危险行为的相关性,为青少年健康教育和健康干预提供理论依据。方法分层整群抽取辖区内2所初中、2所高中和2所大学共计1,526人进行问卷调查,收集他们的一般人口学特征、亚健康状态和行为危险因素信息。结果奉贤区青少年躯体、心理和身心亚健康状态检出率分别为11.73%、8.78%和5.77%;女生躯体亚健康状态检出率(13.45%)高于男生(10.00%),高中生躯体(18.50%)、心理(11.87%)和身心亚健康状态(8.38%)检出率高于初中和大学(P<0.05)。男生健康危险行为报告率总体高于女生,大学生健康危险行为报告率总体高于高中和初中。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,不健康减肥行为、经常受到欺侮是青少年躯体、心理和身心亚健康的共同危险因素;平均每天户外运动1~2h时、睡眠时间≥7h是青少年亚健康的共同保护因素。结论青少年的亚健康状态与健康危险行为具有相关性,相关部门应对青少年的健康危险行为进行健康干预,改善青少年亚健康状态。Objective To explore the correlation between sub-health status and health risk behaviors of adolescents and to provide theoretical basis for caxrying out health education and health interventions among adolescents. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1526 students from 2 junior high schools, 2 high schools, and 2 universities, and questionnaires were used to collect information on adolescents' general demographic characteristics, sub-health status, and behavioral risk factors. Results The detection rates of physical, psychological and psychosomatic sub-health status of adolescents in Fengxian District were 11.73%, 8.78%, and 5.77%, respectively; the detection rate of physical sub-health status in female students (13.45%) was higher than that of male students (10.00%), and the rate of sub-health status in high school students were 18.50%, 11.87%, and 8.38%, respectively, and were higher than that of others(P〈0.05). The reporting rate of male students' health risk behavior was generally higher than in female students, which in college students was higher than others. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that unhealthy weight loss behavior and frequent bullying were common risk factors for physical, psychological and psychosomatic sub-health status of adolescents; taking 1-2 hours outdoor daily exercise and sleeping 7 hours or more every day were the protection factor of sub-health status. Conclusion The sub-health status of adolescents is related to health-risk behaviors, and the relevant departments should provide health interventions to improve the sub-health status of adolescents.
