摘  要:针对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)低、中、高三种典型工况,采用索科洛夫方法进行了氢气循环引射器主要结构尺寸的设计并建立了相应流体动力学模型.定义了测试用循环工况并进行了CFD模拟仿真,基于仿真数据进行了引射器工作特性曲线图的二维三次样条插值拟合及负载电流下各工作流约束压力值的计算.搭建了引射器循环工况Simulink仿真模型进行相应的仿真分析,据此提出了两级引射器阳极循环系统方案.仿真结果表明,两级引射器阳极循环系统可以满足PEMFC燃料电池0~300A全负载范围的工作需求,且具有较好的引射特性.Based on theСоколовЯЕejector design method,the geometric parameters of ejectors were determined by the three kinds of selected working condition. Each ejector computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model was established in ANSYS/Fluent.The ejector cycle test model was established in Simulink,based on which the CFD model was used to carry out the simulation under six sets of load currents.Twodimension cubic spline interpolation was used to obtain the two-dimension characteristic curve of the ejectors and primary fluid constraints were calculated.Finally,two-ejector anode recirculation system was proposed.The simulation results show that the proposed two-ejector system can meet the requirement of 0~300 A operating condition with a better circulation effect.
