摘　　要：何首乌是历代医家广为推崇的补益中药,何首乌炮制历史比较久远,炮制工艺繁杂,辅料多样,生、制何首乌功效不一致,炮制前后何首乌化学成分及药效均发生一定变化,在不同地区有不同的炮制规范。本文对何首乌炮制历史沿革、炮制工艺与成分、药理毒理及我国何首乌炮制规范进行归纳,并分析目前制何首乌生产企业GMP执行情况,提出建议。The Polygonum multiflorum is a traditional Chinese medicine widely advocated by doctors. It has a long history and complex processing procedure. The effectiveness between crude and processed products is different. The chemical composition and effect were changed before and after processing. There are different specifications in China. This thesis aims to systematically summarize the research of Polygonum multiflorum by examining the histories of its processing, efficacy, clinical indications, processing norms, and analyzed the problems and countermeasures in the implementation of GMP.
