摘 要:目的:探讨含水溶性膳食纤维和L-阿拉伯糖的营养配方乳粉对饲喂高脂饲料大鼠血糖及血脂的影响。方法:采用4周龄随机分组的SD大鼠,分别饲喂含有营养配方粉的高脂饲料(A营养配方粉组)、含有牛全脂乳粉的高脂饲料(B牛全脂粉组)、标准高脂饲料(C高脂对照组)、含有阿卡波糖的高脂饲料(D阳性对照组)和市售普通生长期大鼠饲料(E普通饲料组),监测其体重、血糖、血脂水平。结果:A组大鼠的平均体重、脂体比、空腹血糖浓度、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白含量均显著低于C组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著高于C组(P<0.05),胰岛素耐受、葡萄糖耐受都明显优于C组。A组的空腹血糖浓度始终低于B组。葡萄糖耐受试验中,A组血糖浓度峰值明显低于其他各组,且明显后移。A组曲线下面积绝对值低于B组。结论:受试营养配方粉可控制饲喂高脂饲料的大鼠体重和血糖浓度、在一定程度上减轻胰岛素抵抗的程度,同时可相对较好控制血脂水平,稳定糖化血红蛋白水平,该营养配方粉有望作为糖尿病患者的营养补充和膳食保健产品。Objective: To investigate the effects of a milk formula containing water-soluble dietary fiber and L-arabinose on blood glucose and blood lipid in high fat diet rats. Methods: Four-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into five groups. They were fed high fat diet containing nutritional formula powder (Group A), high fat diet containing bovine whole milk powder (Group B), standard high-fat diet (Group C), high-fat diet containing acarbose (Group D, positive control) and commercialized normal growth rat feed (Group E), respectively. Body weight, feed intake and fasting blood glucose were monitored regularly during 24 weeks of feeding. Insulin tolerance, oral glucose tolerance, body fat content, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and blood lipid levels including total cholesterol (CliO), Triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) were analyzed. Results: During the experiment, the average body weight, fat ratio, fasting blood glucose and TG of rats in Group A were significantly lower than those in Group C (P〈0.05). The HDL level in Group A was significantly higher than that in the Group C (P〈0.05), while the HbAlc level was significantly lower than Group C. The fasting plasma glucose in group A was lower than that in group B throughout the experiment. In the oral glucose tolerance test, the plasma glucose concentration in group A was significantly decreased. Its peak value was lower than that in group B and showed a significant shift. The absolute value of the area under the curve of group A was lower than that of group B. Conclusion: The milk formula tested can effectively control the body weight, energy efficiency and blood glucose concentration of rats fed with high-fat diet. It was able to reduce the occurrence of insulin resistance to a certain extent and can relatively control blood lipid level and stabilize the level of HbAlc.
