摘 要:针对央企、国企海外工程项目部员工特点,探讨国企海外项目部员工的工作效率与稳定性问题.以北京建工国际建设工程有限责任公司沙特皇家委员会办公楼项目部为背景,采用非合作博弈的纳什均衡模型[1]及效率工资一般模型[2-3]分析方法,分析了项目部员工在项目部内部管理制度与外部人力资源市场工作机会双重作用下的员工工作效率及员工稳定性问题,并根据分析结果提出该项目部员工管理建议.分析结果表明:该项目部需要引入奖惩机制[4]以引导员工积极努力工作,同时需要提升核心骨干薪资待遇以稳定团队.The work efficiency and stability of employees at oversea project department of stateowned enterprises were studied.Taking the project department of Beijing Construction Engineering Group International CO.,LTD on the construction of Saudi Arabia Royal Commission Headquarter Office as the background,work efficiency and stability of project staff under the influence of both internal management system of the project department and the external job opportunities were analyzed by using Nash Equilibrium Model and General Model of Efficiency Wages.Suggestions on staff management at the project department were put forward based on the analysis result.The analysis result shows that the reward and punishment mechanism needs to be introduced into the project department to guide the employees to work hard and the salary of those who play significant roles needs to be improved so as to keep the stability of the team.
