摘 要:[目的]探讨知信行教育模式对高职护生疼痛知识、态度及术后疼痛控制护理行为的影响。[方法]采用知信行教育模式对高职护生进行为期2个月的疼痛知识培训,采用疼痛管理知识和态度调查问卷与术后疼痛控制护理行为问卷,调查培训前后护生疼痛知识水平、态度及术后疼痛控制护理行为的变化。[结果]护生培训后疼痛知识与态度得分高于培训前,术后疼痛控制护理行为3个维度得分及总分均高于培训前(P<0.05)。[结论]知信行教育模式可以提高高职护生对疼痛的认知与态度,改善其术后疼痛控制护理行为。Objective:To implement,and evaluate the impact of knowledge,attitude,belief,practice(KAP)-based education model for vocational nursing students.Methods:The nursing students was received KAP education model.After 2 months,the level of the nursing students' knowledge,attitude and practice regarding postoperative pain were evaluated using the scales of Knowledge and Attitudes Survey for Pain and Postoperative pain control behavior.Results:The scores of pain knowledge and attitude after nursing training were higher than those before training,and the scores and total scores of postoperative pain control nursing behavior were higher than those before training(P0.05).Conclusion:KAP-based education model can improve the awareness and attitude of pain and improve their postoperative pain control nursing behavior in vocational nursing students.
