应用型高校实验教师队伍建设的研究

摘　　要：加强实验教师队伍建设是建设应用型本科高校的重要内容。调查显示:现有的实验教师队伍存在着缺乏整体规划,队伍建设滞后;学历层次偏低,实践能力不足;培训机会较少,提升空间狭窄等问题,成为制约应用型高校建设的短板。因此,需要通过提高认识,全面规划;外引内培,提升水平;完善政策,强化激励;搭建平台,实践育人。努力建设高水平的应用型高校实验教师队伍。Strengthening the construction of experimental teachers’ team is an important content in the construction of Application oriented University. The survey has revealed that there are various problems existing with the experimental teaching staff, such as lack of overall planning, team construction lagging behind, low educational level, insufficient practical ability, fewer training opportunities, limited improvement space etc. It is these problems that restrict the construction of the Application-oriented University. Therefore, we need to increase the awareness and make the comprehensive plan; accept the external talents together with the internal training so as to improve the level; perfect the policy and enhance the incentive; build the platform and educate people by practice. In a word, we should do our best to build an experimental teachers’ team in Application oriented University at a high level.
