摘　　要：高校优秀辅导员研究的内容主要涵盖高校优秀辅导员的内涵研究、特质研究、工作特征研究、素质能力研究、评价标准研究、评选制度研究、专业成长研究及培育策略研究等方面。针对存在的"研究内容的深度不够、研究成果缺乏系统性、研究视角有待创新、研究领域有待拓宽"等问题,需要进一步提高研究内容的深度、加强系统性研究、创新研究视角及拓宽研究领域。The contents of excellent college counselors＇ research mainly cover college counselors＇ connotation, traits, working characteristics, quality and ability, evaluation criteria, the selection system, professional development and cultivating strategies, etc. To solve the existing problems in the depth of research content, the lack of systematic, innovative and broad research and so on, it is necessary to further improve the depth of research content, strengthen systematic research, innovate research perspective and broaden research field.
