摘  要:以海红果干粉为原料,探讨了微波辅助乙醇提取海红果中白藜芦醇的工艺,采用比色法进行白藜芦醇的含量检测。通过单因素及正交试验的优化,结果得出:微波法提取的最优条件为微波功率360 W,微波时间120 s,提取料液比为1g∶25m L、提取剂体积浓度80%。在此条件下,白藜芦醇的平均提取率高达97.06μg/g。The dry powder of circassian fruit was used as test material, to study the microwave-assisted extraction process of resveratrol in it, and the content of resverstrol was tested by colorimetric method. Through single-factor and orthogonal experiment optimization, the results concluded that the suitable extraction conditions of microwave power was360 W, microwave radiation time was 120 s, the additive volume of solvent was 1:25, the volume fraction of solvent was80%. Under the optimal condition, the rate ofresveratrol could be reached 97.06 μg/g.
