高校新生班级凝聚力建设的路径研究

摘　　要：班级是高校学生管理的最基本单元,是学生工作的基础和关键点。辅导员班主任必须牢牢把握班级建设这个根本,在加强班级建设上狠下功夫、做大文章、出好成效。本研究回顾了凝聚力研究的进展,发现班级凝聚力建设对团体的发展至关重要,探讨了班级凝聚力建设和学风之间的关系,提出了加强新生班级凝聚力建设的四个现实路径:班级共向目标的确立、群体领导者的权威、激励约束机制的有效建立和班级文化的精心塑造。Class is the most basic unit of college student management,also the basis and key points of student work.Counselor must grasp the fundamental construction of the class firmly.This paper reviews the progress of cohesion research and finds that the construction of class cohesion is very important to the development of the group.The relationship between class cohesion construction and style of study is discussed,and four realistic paths to strengthen the cohesion of new students are put forward：Establish the authority of the group leader,the effective establishment of the incentive and restraint mechanism,and the careful shaping of the class culture.
