摘  要:龙门式机构是大型诊疗设备的常见构型,例如CT、核磁共振等。对机构的性能分析与零部件尺寸优化,并对关键零部件进行可靠性分析是机构设计过程中的重要环节。以一种龙门式磁控导航设备为研究对象,在ADAMS中建立虚拟样机,并进行动力学仿真。最后基于ANSYS Workbench对机构的横梁部件进行优化设计及可靠性分析,优化后的横梁刚度大大提高,可靠度达到100%。The Gantry mechanism is a common configuration of large-scale diagnosis and treatment equipment,such as CT,MRI and so on. The performance of reliability analysis and optimization design of mechanism is an important step in the process of a mechanical structure design. In this paper,a kind of medical Gantry mechanism is the main research object. A virtual prototype is established based on ADAMS and dynamic simulation of the Gantry equipment will be carried out. Finally,the design of beam part of the equipment is optimized and an reliability of analysis is carried out based on the ANSYS Workbench. The reliability of the beam is 100% with the improvement of rigidity due to the optimization design.
