摘 要:员工的主观幸福感会影响其工作态度和工作效率,是员工满意度及对企业是否忠诚的重要影响因素。基于此,以酒店业员工为研究对象,构建客观阶层认同、主观阶层认同、主观幸福感之间的关系模型。通过SPSS 20.0进行多元线性回归分析,研究发现:酒店业员工的主观阶层认同情况严重偏低;职位和收入对主观阶层认同具有显著正向影响,受教育程度则具有负向显著影响;主观阶层认同对主观幸福感具有显著正向影响;受教育程度对工作满意、生活满意和情绪满意均具有负向显著影响,职位对工作满意、生活满意和情绪满意均具有正向显著影响,而收入的影响不显著。研究结果能够帮助酒店管理者探明员工不满意及流失的深层原因,并据此对员工进行有效的管理,以提高员工的满意度和忠诚度。The subjective well-being of employees will affect their work attitude and work efficiency. This is an important factor for employees' satisfaction and loyalty. Based on this,this article takes hotel staff as research subjects,and constructs the model for the correlations between the objective stratum identity,the subjective stratum identity and the subjective well-being. By applying SPSS20. 0 for analysis,the research gets the following findings: The subjective stratum identity of the hotel staff is very low; positions and income have significant positive effect on subjective stratum identity;Education levels have significant negative influence; Subjective stratum identity has significant positive influence on subjective well-being; Education levels have significant negative impact on job satisfaction,life satisfaction and emotional satisfaction; Positions have significant effects on job satisfaction,life satisfaction and emotional satisfaction. However,income has no significant effect on them. The research intends to help hotel managers to identify the underlying causes of employee dissatisfaction and loss,so as to conduct effective staff management to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
