摘　　要：“全面二孩”政策正式实施后，z市迎来新一轮的生育高峰，对Z市学前教育公共服务体系带来强烈的冲击与挑战。本研究采用人口年龄移算等方法，基于Z市2016年相关人口数据，对Z市未来十五年（2017-2032年）学前儿童人口变化趋势及相应入园需求进行预测，从而为Z市学前教育的中长期发展期．划提供参照依据。After the implementation of the two-child policy, a new round of fertility boom will aggravate the pressure on pub- lic preschool education services in Z city. Using the population age shift method and based on the data of 2016 population sam- pling survey in Z city, the researchers made a prediction about the variation trend of preschoolers in the coming 15 years （2017-2032）. Based on the prediction, the number of kindergartens and teachers in the corresponding years are calculated, providing data support for the medium and long term development planning of preschool education in Z city.
