摘  要:专业是高职院校内部质量保证体系诊断与改进的逻辑起点,专业诊改是一种基于"过程主导"的质量改进工程。高职院校实行专业诊改应从人才培养目标、师资队伍、教学条件、人才培养成效、专业建设成效等方面构建指标体系,积极探索建立常态化的专业诊改机制,将专业诊改内化于高职院校教育教学全过程,从而促进高职院校办学质量的持续提升。Specialty is the logical starting point of diagnosis and improvement of internal quality assurance systern in Higher Vocational colleges. Specialty diagnosis and improvement is a quality improvement project based on "process- oriented". To carry out the diagnosis, higher vocational colleges should construct an index system concerning the personnel training objectives, teaching staff, teaching conditions, personnel training effectiveness and professional construction effectiveness, and explore a normal mechanisnl to internalize it in the whole process of education and teaching so as to promote the continuous improvement of the education quality.
