摘 要:目的:编制一套测量学指标良好的中小学教师抗挫折能力问卷。方法:调查全国五个省市的644名中小学教师,采用SPSS18.0对所得数据进行项目分析、探索性因子分析及信度分析,采用AMOS22.0进行验证性因子分析。结果:a)探索性因子分析(χ2=5233,df=496,P<0.00;KMO=0.923)表明中小学教师抗挫折能力问卷可分为问题解决、自我认同、挫折应对、交往合作、寻求支持五个维度;b)验证性因子分析(χ2/df=2.126,IFI=0.904;AGFI=0.848;CFI=0.903;RMSEA=0.06)表明五因子模型拟合良好;c)中小学教师抗挫折能力问卷具有良好的信度(克伦巴赫α=0.65~0.90)。结论:中小学教师抗挫折能力包括问题解决、自我认同、挫折应对、交往合作、寻求支持五个维度;中小学教师抗挫折能力问卷具有较好的信度和效度。Objective: To develop a set of questionnaire for assessing primary and secondary school teachers" ability to resist setbacks. Methods: To conduct investigation among 644 primary and secondary school teachers in five provinces; to process project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis by SPSS18.0 and confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS 22.0. Results: (1) exploratory factor analysis (χ^2=5233, df=496, P〈0; KMO=0.923) showed that the questionnaire on resisting frustration ability of primary and secondary school teachers eould be divided into five dimensions: problem solving, self-identification, frustration coping, communication and cooperation as well as support seeking. (2) confirmatory factor analysis (χ^2/df=2.126, IFI=0.904; AGFI=0.848; CFI=0.903; RMSEA=0.06) showed that the five factor model fitted well.(3) The questionnaire on resisting frustration ability of primary and secondary school teachers showed good reliability(Karen Bach =0.65-0.90). Conclusion: The resisting frustration ability of primary and secondary school teachers includes five dimensions: problem solving, self-identification, frustration coping,communication and cooperation as well as support seeking. The questionnaire on resisting frustration ability of primary and secondary school teachers has good reliability and validity.
