摘　　要：中医针灸学的高等教育过程中,针法灸法学的实践课程,是针灸推拿专业学生必须学习掌握的重要内容。如何结合各中医院校学生学习的特点,运用PBL教学与案例式教学相结合的方法,进行针法灸法学课程的教学教法改革,以期实现从以教师教为主体的陈旧的填鸭式教学模式,向以学生学习为主导地位的灵活生动学习模式的转变,是针灸推拿专业教学改革的必须的可行性尝试。这里具体表述了在针法灸法学的实践课的课程教学过程中,针对学生特点,实施并应用了PBL教学与案例式教学相结合的教学方法,得到显著的教学效果。In the process of higher education of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine, the practical course of acupuncture and moxibustion law is an important content that students of acupuncture and massage specialty must learn and master. How to reform the teaching method of acupuncture moxibustion law course by combining PBL teaching with case-based teaching in accordance with the characteristics of students＇ learning in TCM colleges and universities so as to realize the transformation from the old cramming teaching mode with teachers as the main body to the flexible and vivid learning mode with students＇ learning as the leading position？ It is a necessary attempt to reform the teaching of acupuncture and massage. Here is a detailed description of the course teaching practice of acupuncture moxibustion law. According to the characteristics of students, the teaching method of combining PBL teaching with case-based teaching is implemented and applied, and the remarkable teaching efect is obtained.
