大数据时代背景下高校就业指导课程改革创新

摘　　要：本文就当前就业指导课程存在的问题,通过大数据处理技术平台建立学生"幸福"就业的《大学生就业指导课程体系》,以搭建"智慧"平台改进教学方法,并将人才培养作为教学的最终目标.The report of the 19th National People＇ s Congress on the work of the Government delivered by General SecretaU Xi Jinping points out that employment is the most vital thing for the livelihood of the people. The highly efficient employment of graduates is the starting point and the foothold of the training program for colleges and universities. The big data is of epoch - making significance for the reform of the college employment guidance course. To solve problems in the employment guidance courses in colleges and universities, this article suggests constructing a ＂happy＂ employment guidance curriculum system for college students using big data technology, building the ＂wisdom＂ platform to improve teaching methods, and making talent training the ultimate goal of teach-ing.
