摘 要:幽门螺杆菌是导致胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌等一系列消化系统疾病的最主要原因,寻找根除幽门螺杆菌的有效方法成为治疗幽门螺杆菌相关疾病的关键。目前因感染者的个体因素、耐药性及经济状况等使临床上所用的三联抗幽门螺杆菌疗法受到一定的限制。大蒜中的大蒜素抗菌活性最强,已经被证实具有丰富的药用价值。因此,摄入大蒜素这种非药物饮食疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关疾病能够成为一种经济、安全、有效的疗法。文章对大蒜素治疗幽门螺杆菌相关疾病的进展进行综述。Helicobacter pylori is the leading cause of gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer and a series of digestive system diseases. To find an effective way to eradicate Helicobacter pylori is the key to the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related diseases. At present, due to the individual factors, drug resistance and economic status of the infected people, the triple anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy used in clinic is limited. Allicin in garlic has the strongest antibacterial activity and has been proved to be of rich medicinal value. Therefore, ingestion of allicin as a non-drug diet therapy for Helicobacter pylori-related diseases can become an economic, safe and effective treatment. This article reviews the progress of allicin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related diseases.
