摘　　要：为了解企业智能化建设及智能化改造现状,寻找不同类型企业智能制造发展面临的主要问题,课题组对重庆、上海、深圳、东莞等4地12家大中小型企业进行了调研,重点研究被调查企业对智能制造技术技能人才需求情况,为开展智能制造背景下机械行业技术技能人才的培养研究打下基础。In order to understand the current situation of intelligent construction and intellectualized transformation in enterprises,and to find the principal problems in the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in different types of enterprises,our research group conducts a research in 12 big-smal-and-mediumsized businesses in four cities such as Chongqing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Dongguan.The research focuses on the demand of intelligent manufacturing technology talents and lays the foundation for the study of the technical talents training in the machinery industry under the background of intelligent manufacturing.
