摘  要:教师是影响教育发展的核心要素,教师合格与否直接影响教育质量和办学水平的高低。教师合格指数是从教育理念、专业知识、专业能力、身心健康、职业道德、工作状态六个维度测量的综合指数。通过对全国12省24个区(县)的调查发现,义务教育教师合格状况总体较好,其中教育理念和职业道德接近非常好的水平,专业知识和工作状态达到较好水平,专业能力和身心健康则处于较低的位置。同时,教师性别、年龄、职称、学历、学校所处区域等均对教师合格状况有显著影响。Teachers are the key factors on the development of education,and the quality of teachers directly affects the quality of education. The teacher qualification index is measured from six dimensions of educational philosophy,professional knowledge,professional ability,physical and mental health,professional ethics and working enthusiasm. An empirical survey in 24 cities and counties of 12 provinces is conducted,and the results show that the overall qualification situation of teachers in compulsory education reachs a good level,the educational philosophy and professional ethics reach a very good level,professional knowledge and working enthusiasm reach a good level,professional ability and physical and mental health is in the lower position. teachers' gender,age,professional title,educational background,and school location all have a significant impact on teachers' qualification status.
