摘  要:自由是人的天性,教师作为具有理性和判断能力的成年人,在一定范围内,同样也应该拥有免于外界强制的消极自由和按照自己意愿行事的积极自由。在现实中,教师经常面临着消极自由和积极自由缺失的困境。究其原因是教育制度束缚、社会观念偏差、管理制度滞后和教师内在动力不足。为了保障教师自由,教师需要提高教师自身素质,全社会范围内则应当形成对教师的正确认识,同时政策制度也要为教师自由的获得保驾护航。Freedom is human nature.As a rational and judgmental adult, teachers should also have the negative freedom avoiding of external compulsion and the positive freedom to act according to their own desires within a certain scope.In reality, teachers face the dilemma of lack of negative freedom and positive freedom.The reasons are: the bound of education system, the deviation of social concept, the lag of management system and the lack of intrinsic motivation of teachers.In order to protect teachers' freedom, teachers need to improve their professional skills, and we should have a correct understanding of teachers in the society.At the same time, the political system also needs to escort the freedom of teachers.
