摘　　要：认知-行为疗法能够有效缓解术前焦虑情绪,本文综述几种常用认知-行为疗法,以期为术前患者缓解焦虑,提供参考。Cognitive-behavioral therapy can effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety. In this paper, several commonly used cognitive-behavioral therapy are reviewed in order to provide reference for patients to relieve anxiety before surgery.
