摘 要:高等师范院校音乐教育专业的改革实践证明,学校教育教学体制和教师自身素质存在的诸多问题,是高等师范院校音乐教育专业改革的瓶颈。对师范院校而言,重新建构"师范性"自信,思维领先,从理论入手,以最先进的音乐教育思想和经验作指导;自下而上,从基层发力,是突破高等师范院校音乐教育专业改革瓶颈的基本策略。在院系一级管理和教师个人修养中,可以从管理设计、社会实践、理论学习等方面入手,在新时代的"师范性"、学生就业、教学质量的统一上,形成合力,创出经验,做出成绩。The reform practice of music education major in higher normal colleges and universities has proved that there are many problems existing in educational teaching system and teachers’ quality, which has become the bottleneck of reform. For normal colleges and universities, one basic strategy adopted to overcome the two reformatory bottlenecks of music education major is, from the perspective of the theory, to reconstruct “normal” self-confidence and take the most advanced musical educational thoughts and experience as a guidance; the other is to start from the grassroots. As for department management and teachers’ personal accomplishments, starting with management design, social practice and theoretical study, so that “normal” in the new era, students’ employment and teaching quality can be unified to create experience and make achievements.
