在线中医护理服务剧本对实习护生辨证思维能力及中医护理认知情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理服务剧本对实习护生辨证思维的影响。方法便利抽样选取在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院临床实习的142名学生进行研究,采取在线形式的中医护理服务剧本进行教学,比较学习前后学生的评判性思维能力及对中医护理认知情况。结果学生学习后的评判性思维倾向总分、寻找真相、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲得分均优于学习前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);开放思想、评判性思维的自信心、认知成熟度得分与学习前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医护理认知水平得分与常见证候要点、常见症状/证候施护、中医特色治疗护理、特色技术、健康指导得分优于学习前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在线中医护理服务剧本教学能够提高实习护生辨证思维和中医护理认知水平,可以在临床教学中进行推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of onlineTCM nursing scripts on the critical thinking train ing of nursing students. Methods By convenience sampling, 142 students from clinical practice in our hos pital were selected. The onlineTCM nursing script was used for teaching, and the students＂ critical think ing ability and cognition of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing before and after learning were compared. Results After learning, the total scores of two groups students in critical thinking tendency, truth seeking, analyzing ability, systemic ability, and curiosity score were better than the scores before learning, and were statistically significant （All P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of open thinking, critical thinking confidence, cognitive maturity before learning （P〉0.05）. The scores of TCM nursing cognition, the common syndrome points, common symptoms/symptoms, TCM treatment, unique techniques, and health guidance scores were better than those before learning, and the differences were statistically significant （All P〈0.05）. Conclusions Online TCM nursing script teaching can improve nursing students critical thinking and the cognitive level of TCM nursing, which can be applied in clinical teaching.
