摘  要:结合某型号履带车辆传动系统的结构、传动特性和传动轴动态扭矩测试装置特点,建立了履带车辆传动轴动态扭矩实车测试平台以检验扭矩测试装置是否能够满足履带车辆传动系统宽范围动态载荷测试的需求.利用数理统计方法分别对履带车辆在起步过程、原地转向和随机行驶3种工况下的传动轴动态扭矩特性试验测试结果进行统计并与理论计算值进行对比分析.结果表明:不同工况下履带车辆动态扭矩测试值与计算值之间的误差满足测试需求,能够准确地反映动态扭矩测试装置的有效性和准确性.Combining the characteristics of tracked vehicles and torque measurement devices, a testing platform for real-time torque measuring of vehicle transmission shaft is developed to evaluate that all the testers and measurement are available for their measuring and testing. Test results of the dynamic torque of a crawler vehicle under thine working conditions including starting process, pivot steering and random driving are analyzed based on the mathematical calculation of statistics. The results show that the errors between the test value and the calculated value are in a reasonable range.
